There is plenty of outdoor seating for any time of the day, and anyone is free to use the barbecue that is on site

Guests are free to roam around the property - the garden is multi-functional and full of plants and wildlife

Further up the garden is a little more wild, still it is difficult to photograph without being photobombed

All around us are safe walking trails, fantastic for dog-walking, through beautiful woodland...

... and farmland, as is to be expected in the bread basket of England. Our rural location on the outskirts of Cromer is ideal
